Munto Codru
There was but two major places which consistently called to Sidian. Just how and why it called to him, Nova's twin did not know. Munto Codru and Kashyyyk. These were but the two places which always seem to be embedded in his mind. never knowing why.
Yet it was this place which called to him more so of the two. More specifically, the steps, and the area at the top of them that sanctimoniously came to susurrate to him most often of all.
One by one, slowly, but confidently, Sidian ascended the steps which would lead him inside the temple. His dress did not speak of royalty nor poor, but something in between. His pants, by no means new, extended to the idea that he had explored many a place. His face, slightly rugged, despite the lack of experience he had.
This place, he felt like he could call it home, and despite so much uncertainty, he stepped inside the dimly lit wide chamber and expressed a slightly roguish grin and he said, while by no means expected, "Hey, honey, I'm home .."

He had known for some time that inevitably he would encounter his twin, the Force awakening an awareness of some sort to the one connected to him. Sometimes the ‘pull’ would get stronger, others weaker, but as of late it had been holding steady. He had been asleep when the tug within him had changed, like feeling his heart beat double for a few moments. A feel of ‘about time’ seemed to settle upon him, the one he was cloned from had finally been drawn to him. It was with that knowledge he dressed, pulling the black hooded over robe over his robes, he lifted the hood and walked out. As he neared the entrance hall he felt a lone spark of life alone within. He deepened the shadows under his hood so only the lower part of his face could be seen. He would not reveal who he was to this twin of his, not till he had proven his worth. This one, above all, he would truly test for his twin would have to rise above the already solid reputation his younger clone established.
“Why have you come to this place stranger…”
He stood about twenty feet from the man, hooded or not they would be eye level. In the shadows of the hood a glint of lit ruby eyes could be seen, as if cold jewels stared at him. “You still have a chance to turn away, to live without the shadow of the beast.” He had to know why he’d forsake the chance to live a life free of the darkness. “Your path here will be…complicated, you will find things that will break your faith in the ties that helped keep the flame of life within you. If you turn back now…while a life of obscurity is dull, you could still claim the things that would make it worth it.”
He deepened the shadows in the room, the air would go chill as he sent out a small wave of unease. “I am the Gatekeeper, that which you can rise to if you accept, a mirror to also give you a chance to choose something else. If you leave…you will go in peace, if you stay…death might embrace you sooner than you would have otherwise received it’s cold embrace.”
Perhaps a bit dramatic, but it was true in a sense, he was his double, he was what he could be if only the sense of rank. His whole body had been still, only his mouth had moved and his voice was a whisper in the large silent room.

"Stranger?"
The roguish grin that had been inseminate upon his lips was quickly doused into smithereens as his facial expression took on that of seriousness.
"I did not realize that I was a stranger to this place. A place that feels like home, where I have been many times before."
An oddity to be extended from a true stranger's lips, but his brother would understand and know it well, in reference.
He craned his neck, only to crack it lightly a moment later. It reminded him that he needed to relax.
"Well then, if the fact that I am simply here should not suffice, then perhaps knowing that I have come to take two halves, and make a whole, will suffice."
In the big scheme of things, his answer was not precisely ample enough for a temple, house full of Sith. Sidian stuff his hands into his pockets and mused.
"I have little more to add, other than to suggest that something here has continuously called to me, and I have never known why. Yet, I feel I must be here. What I have been looking for is here, I insist on it. I am certain. No question in my mind. This is where I belong."
Sidian shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly.
"Peace, that is a lie, and I know nothing of it. It has never presented itself to me, therefore, I have little interest in it."
He scowled, the thought of such sounded preposterous to him.
"The dark, the presence of loneliness, and the chill of cold, now that, that is something that has always spoken to me."
A shiver ran up and down his spine, one of which, he thoroughly enjoyed.
The cloaked man had tried to warn him, here and now, but Sidian would not listen to reason. It was something he had never known.

“Honey... I'm home...” The phrase catch her ear as she passed thru the halls near the entrance to the Keep. Odd, she thought to herself. What a strange phrase for something without conviction behind it....
She stepped towards the voice only to hear another speak. “Why have you come to this place, stranger...”
Now that voice she recognized. She didn't know the owner, but had heard it in the halls and grounds in her short time here. She stepped to the corner to become seen should either look, but did not audibly make herself known. Her soft boots made no rustle on the stone floor and her garments were not the gauzy gowns of a lady, but the tight fitting breeches and top of a fighter. Her hair, bound tight to her head since she was fresh from the practice field would not betray her either. The recognized voice would surely sense her... few here didn't. But the newcomer...
Unless he craned his head slightly to see behind the man speaking to him, he may not realize she was there. She had only seen one other come to this place, her own absence as she trained kept her far from others lately. She wanted to know how others were treated. Wanted to see if others had gone thru the grueling ordeal she did. The weak didn't make it past the threshold. She had been a lucky one. She absently wondered if this new one before her would be lucky to stay... or luckier to leave?

Something he had always hoped as a child died within him, a miniscule hope that even though he suffered, his twin would not have. “These feelings of yours, describe it, explain what it is you think is here for you, but also…tell me what you hope to gain.” He shifted the glint of his lit ruby eyes brighter “Many come through these halls… Some want power over something just for the sake of being above it. Some want a sea of blood for their own amusement. Some seek the death of another for simple slight or because they were robbed of what they cared for. Some…come because they have nowhere else to go. I have yet to hear of someone coming to this place because it called to them and that it felt familiar.”
It pleased him that the miniscule unease he had sent out hadn’t at alarmed him, it had excited him, much the same way fear did with himself. Even though he was saddened that his twin had led a life that had perhaps not been totally secure, it made him happy that in this they would have something each could understand about the other.

He had the feeling they were not alone but there lay no indicative sign, as far as he could see. Whoever else was here, knew how to blend in quite well. Either way, he could feel someone else near, or at least he thought he did. He had no explanation as to how.
The man contemplatively rubbed, half scratched at the stubble along his chin as he thought just how to address the hooded figures first question.
"A connection, of what, as I said, I am not sure. I cannot possibly begin to describe something I am not aware of, of just what it is that exists. It calls to me, and once I find it, I will somehow be fulfilled, in some way."
He was careful so as not to suggest that he would be complete.
"A person, a thing, idea, who knows," he shared, grinning lightly as he lowered his hand down to his side. He considered that his answer not be enough, but it was the best he could do. He could not force his imagination to run wild, least he wish to somehow discredit whatever pulled him in. To make it appear too little or too big would be unjustly.
He sighed, a bit despondent blended with frustration.
"I'll let you know when I earn it," Sidian shared, expressing his thoughts on what he might have to gain. He was a man that prided himself on earning all of what he gained, but to understand his answer, one would have to understand where he came from. So he felt it best to elaborate.
"I am a man that came from no sense of shelter, no comfort. I only have but my own two hands, but they have come to get me this far. I have little, but what I do have, I have earned it all. I earn everything I gain."
It was a testament to what a dedicated man Sidian was, even while he had so little to show for it.
Taking a moment, suddenly finding himself to take everything in, his piercing eyes, with every stir that moved him to look around, always drew back to the hooded man.
"Hmm.."
He took one single yet solid step toward the man, though there lay no ill will intent in his stature.

Sahra watched the exchange. Rich or poor, famous or inconsequential, well to do or homely... everyone who came here seemed to be 'called' in some way that left explanations pointless and indescribably. It also left everyone here on the same footing... beginners in a place unknown to them.
As the newcomer scanned the room swiftly, she felt a small tendril of the Force echo from him. It was untrained, probably an unconscious thing, but she knew he had whatever 'it' was that made him sensitive to the Force.
Question was... would he be found worthy to explore that ability... or would he be found unworthy of the time and effort. Deciding not to hide anymore, she stepped from behind Nova and entered the corner of his periphery. In doing so, the third person in the foyer would now be able to see her as well. She remained quiet. This was Nova's conversation... she would not be rude and interrupt.

Nova didn’t move at all, though it made his heart beat a bit faster, but mostly because he wasn’t ready to show his face. Of course if he got much closer he’d probably put up a Shield to keep him from getting too close. “That is not enough, there has to be more, holding back will not help you. Dedication isn’t enough, desire isn’t enough, not even showing how far you will go is enough. Deep inside you must have something, drag it up and offer it fourth. What do you even know of the Sith stranger? You said these halls feel familiar, then if so, prove it.”
He was sure if the man made it that far that when his Force talents were unlocked the bond they had would grow stronger. What that meant he knew not, but it was clear that they had one. He worried over that seemingly certain event, worried that he would cease to exist, worried that it would change him against his control. The man had spoken of being familiar, had he seen things? Nova as a child had always held the hope that his elder twin shared his pain, that truly he wasn’t alone. Was this true? Had his twin seen and felt what he had suffered? The need that he had had for as long as he had been aware, was still there. Ever since he had been told that he had a sibling that had been cast away he had wanted to connect with him. Sometimes he felt as if something was missing, was he it? Was what he was searching for all this time, the hunger and desire, was it to be put at ease finally?
Here before him stood the being who was his other self, who’s very dna was like his own. It was a torment, part of him wanted to rush, to find out, but he was also afraid. When the girl he had sensed stopped hiding he did nothing to acknowledge her, the only one who was important was his twin.

Old 10-16-2011, 07:47 PM Sidian
His heel clicked against the marble and that was all that remained of the twin's movements as he swabbed a hand near where his heart lay. His own heart seemed to be racing.
"You assume too much .." The words were shared in a gruff voice. it was not hard to see that Sidian was extending passion and irritation at the same time. He hated to be told in any way shape or form that he was not giving enough of himself. Had he know that it was his mere twin who spoke such words, irritation would have been nothing but mere kindness. He would not have desired to see his twin doubt him. Yet still, even without knowing of his existence, of not knowing that the man underneath the hood was his twin, Sidian felt a sense of shame regardless. He did his best to squash it. Now was not the time or place.
He straightened up again, lowered his hand and tried again. "I do not believe it to be an idea or a thing. I believe that there is someone here. Whether they are here for me or not, that does not matter, but I have always felt this person. Every emotion save for the ones that are chosen to remain hidden. I cannot obtain what is not shared freely. Finding this person it would .. "
Sidian did not like being so revealing, especially among strangers, but that feeling about the hooded entity did not subside, so he felt almost encouraged to share.
" .. everything. I've had very little, but it was the entity that always kept me going, provided me strength when I had none, even though I've never laid an eye. The bond, that I believe in, it is that thick and strong, but only because I believe in it. I suspect .. "
Sidian's gaze seemed to starve with sight upon his twin as he continued.
" .. that the entity in question believes in it, too. I mean this person no harm as long as there lay little harm upon me in turn. I am of no threat. Just a man, searching for his other half that he believes strongly is here. How I know this, as I said, I do not know - an invisible .."
He waved his hand whimsically around as he continued, having difficulty describing.
" .. thing."
It was near impossible to prove something he did not understand himself. His face turned solemn and he placed his hands behind his back, palm over palm.
"I would suspect one does not naturally come upon a place such as this not knowing what a Sith is. If they should not, the radiating ambiance of darkness and lust should suffice enough to clue them in, if only a little. I myself am full of darkness, but I believe the one I am looking for will know and sense as much for I am every bit of what they are. Perhaps our paths have not so much ever been the same, but I equally share in the torment, pain, mistrust, abuse, anger. I share the same sense of passion. Yet I am no fool, together, we will become stronger. I do not desire power, only clarification to end my search for the last time. I suspect that this person has been searching just as much as i have, and that they too have been missing something. I long to give that to them, it is a simple as that."
He nodded, though not yet finished.
"Though, I am not here just for that, as I could have gone and searched elsewhere. I suppose eventually, I would have come upon the one I have been looking for all my life. No, I am also here because I want to find answers for that of which resides in me. I want to be able to use it. Right now, it is little more than emotions in which I can do nothing with. I long to be taught - but unfortunately, should I make it past these halls, that of which I seek cannot teach me. It would be too dangerous, too disruptive."
As the elder of the two, Sidian had instinct, almost as if he longed to protect Nova. In time, he would wonder if his twin would ever come to understand that.

Sahra knew nothing of the 'bond' between the two. She only knew her Force Sense told her that Nova was agitated in some way by the stranger. As the newcomer stepped towards her brethren, she stepped forward, too. Ready to intervene, though she doubted it would be necessary as Nova had the feel of someone superior to her own trainings. He was hiding... something. Hoping her instinct didn't land her on her backside, she reacted because she knew that one did not stand by idle when such things occurred.
Without thinking, she spoke the words that had been on her mind since listening to the strangers first sentences. “And what if what drew you here isn't here? What if it never comes? Will you turn your back and walk away? Or will you give of yourself regardless of what life's fruition gives in return? And if it is here... will you still serve the Masters or will you serve only yourself?” She hadn't come here on a 'what if' basis and preferred if those who came to stand at her side did the same. She hoped that if this man came and didn't find what he sought, he wouldn't simply shrug the great gifts off and try and wander away... Try was an odd phrase... but it fit.

Nova’s voice was a hiss “I assume nothing. One cannot gain acceptance if they are not willing to show what is asked. Desire is not enough, one can desire, feel, want, yet do nothing save sit on their behinds and exist.”
When the girl talked he couldn’t help a slight hint of irritation, he hadn’t wanted anyone to interfere, but he said nothing. Everyone had a right to question, she even asked something useful, though he himself might have not asked those things. “This entity isn’t worth your place here, this is something that can be done even if you were not here. It is a desire that might complicate your training and thus should not be your sole focus. Learning too can be done anywhere, it is what will drive your focus that truly matters. When feelings fade and goals are accomplished, what’s left? Duty too is not enough… More, this aspect is different for each person, not even your ties to others are enough.”
He would push him as far as he needed to go, to drive him mad if he must, till he was satisfied. He would not be accused of being too easy on him, even if the desires he spoke of touched something in him. Right now he was not himself, he was a Lord who was not satisfied, but the part of him that was separate from his duty was touched. It is not enough… I will not rush, I must patiently question him till nothing else can be said, it is too important…
He didn’t feel at all guilty about hiding who he was and testing him as he was, this and more he would do. If he needed to harm him to test him, he would do this, because right now he was not Nova he was Sith Lord Darth Almas and no mercy or kindness would be shown. These fleeting things were for after, if and when, acceptance, he could not afford to be kind.

"Funny, I don't recall saying that it was," Sidian shared, addressing the man unknown to him as his twin, looking to a face he could not see that somewhere had eyes. He lied about his twin being his sole focus, but at the same time, it was still true. He would never give up on the search, never. No matter how long it took him, even if for the rest of his life. Though he had not gotten this far and alive by merely keeping dedication upon his twin. He did have goals to achieve.
"At least I don't hide behind shadows.'
Sidian did not like it when he ran across people who had things to hide. This individual was asking for plenty, when he failed to give just as less of himself. No face. No identity. Just words, demands.
Sharp eyes turned to that of the female to whom he shared a soft cunning smile.
"I smart set of questions to come from a beautiful woman. Beauty and brains, what a deadly combination, one of which, I am certain you use well."
He drew his arms away from behind his back, only to cross them in front.
"If that of which I seek is not here, that is unfortunate. Even more so, if I am known and silence is kept."
He squinted slightly, trying to mask the thought of betrayal and neglect from his mind. He liked to think much better of whoever it was he was looking for. Especially if they had much of a fulfilling need as he. What would poses one to waste such a precious opportunity, only to cast him aside. No, he liked to think better of the one he was looking for. He was not here to play games with anyone.
"If the day never comes, it never comes, but I will not give up the battle. Nor will i waste my days away, simply searching. Which is why I made it very clear, why else I am here. I want to harness the darkness inside of me. I turn my back on no one, at least not onto those that deserve the loyalty. Traitors are another matter all together."
Sidian paused to look around, serious face, casting his gaze toward the ceiling, but he was by no means searching up above. He could feel that he was not alone with just the two. There were other bodies present, those of which he could not see. His eyes drew away and he looked back onto Sahra, pleased smile upon his lips, almost wicked.
"This place is called The Sith Empire, it is not called, The Sidian Empire."
He'd given away his name, but then he thought, no one had bothered to ask it of him yet.
"If I wanted all for myself, what would be the need to be here? I've come here, told you i am looking for someone. Told you I seek the opportunity to learn to harness that which is inside of me. I come to a place full of people, many bodies, and you ask if I come of the accord to be of myself and only myself."
He smiled smoothly.
"You certainly know how to stroke a man's ego."
That is, if Sidian actually had one.
"I will pledge myself to the Sith and to The Sith Empire as a whole. It is the least I could do for being given so much in return, especially if I should happen to find the one I am looking for. For that, there would be no greater honor than to live to serve. Even if not should I find what I have endlessly been searching for, as I said, this place, it calls me home. For that reason, I will serve. I will serve because I was fed and I will feed in return. That is how it works. I have not come this far to be so ignorant and foolish. You feed the hand that feeds you."
Just as if when it seemed he would no longer pay attention to the hooded individual, he returned his gaze.
"Unless you are the key to my very own survival, I need not satisfy you."
The irony of it all was that the man he said it to, actually was just that.

Old 10-17-2011, 02:48 AM Sahra
When he spoke of her beauty and brains being a deadly combination, she smiled slyly and murmured, “You don't know the half of it...”
She listened as he spoke. Her senses were telling her there was more here than met the eyes. She felt others around, as she always did, but was secretly pleased the stranger felt them too. Stranger... no. He had said this was not the Sidian Empire. So Sidian was his moniker. Whether it was his true name, or not, it was not her place to seek.
He turned then and addressed the Lord once more, “Unless you are the key to my very own survival, I need not satisfy you.”
When he seemed to almost dismiss the Lord before her, she felt her fists clench as her hackles raised. The Force seemed to build slightly around her and she took an unconscious step towards the man. “That is where you are mistaken. He is key. Just as any who choose to stand cloaked, and in judgment before those who enter here have that power. I, too, once stood where you were. I once sought entrance here to complete that part of me I thought I was missing. And just as he does now,” she nodded to Nova, “those who hid themselves from me had earned that right. Do not dare to presume who within these walls coddles your life force. For I can almost guarantee you will be wrong.” She bit her lip suddenly as she realized she had probably spoken out of turn. But she had earned her place here with blood, sweat and tears. She would not allow some wayward wanderer to come in and toss veiled dismissals where he had no right. She was smart enough to step back a couple paces when finish, force the power around her to diminish slightly and unclench her fists before clasping hands before her.

Nova chuckled “Touched though I am that you’d seek to stand up for me…you need not girl.”
His hand flew out and Sidian was pinned to a wall after slamming in to it, he walked close, but even face to face his own would still be hidden by the shadows. His voice was a cold hiss “You have yet to earn the right to see my face. Your life, your blood, your bones and flesh, are mine to do with as I see fit. So tread carefully here else courtesy will be cast aside and I will tear in to your mind and rip the truth of your being from you.” He pulled away walking away to take his former position before letting him drop to the ground. “Now… I believe you need to know just who and what stands before you lest you dismiss me again. I am Sith Lord Darth Almas and I literally control whether or not you will be accepted. You better have a more respectful tongue, you have a lot to prove.”
Anyone else might very well have done the same, but even if not he would have still done as he had. “As I said before duty is not enough. So you give in return for what you are taught, so what? You think you are so needed that your tiny contribution to the whole is so badly needed? People who come through those doors are a credit a dozen; you are no more and no less than they. In fact your death would not matter in the least, if you were to die you’d be a passing smear of blood on the floor. Merely a corpse to feed the forest, perhaps what will set you apart from the rest is that as a corpse you will be missing a tongue. Now, what more is there to you? Because if you cannot find that which is unique to you and only you, your path will end here and fertilizer you shall become.”
He mostly wanted to see if his words tick him off, but more than that, he wanted to see how well he adapted to this new change. Of course he was going to drop him a bit of a bone “Your face… Is not unique here, but unlike this other, you need to prove yourself. So then, how will you gain acceptance to find this other?”

The man had been about to concede until Nova went and ruined it by pinning him to a wall. If he was supposed to be angry, he was more so amused, though he by no means took the Lord as a joke.
As if to undermine the literal aspect of the Lord, to doubt him, his orbs cast to those of the council chairs. Chairs he was unfamiliar with, but he knew were no mere chairs. They spoke of a place of power. Power that likely overthrew even the likes of this mysterious man. He returned his gaze back to the Lord, gleam in his eye.
He grunted as he was dropped to the ground, though by no means broken, perhaps somewhat bruised via his pride.
He took the bone offered to him, but it changed little of the fact that he did not like that this man hid his face with him. The more he spoke, the more he felt toyed with.
However, despite not taking the man's words at face value if mere presentation of the council chairs, the female had come to have him see reason, unlike his twin. He was being judged by his peers and they did have the right to question him, most certainly, but he did not believe in the idea that the Lord had the final say unless instructed that he could do so.
Though he had not had time to express as much due to the mere pain pulsing through his body as he was pinned against the wall, he was surprised that his words held that much influence so as to push the Lord into attacking him.
"I understand," he finally said, after a long spell of silence as he slowly got up, brushed himself off while wincing. He could not very well plead much of a case, with what he now knew was but a similar face to another.
"Your question is a hard one to answer, considering I do not know what makes every vital member here, unique."
He was not trying to be funny or dodge the question. In his mind, Sidian felt he was being realistic.
"Though like all the other questions, I will answer as best as I feel I can. I suppose to understand or see what might make me unique, you will need my story. My name is Sidian, but that is by no means my birth name. I really don't know what that is. I come from Coruscant, but I suppose, technically, that does not make it my home planet. It doesn't, because I have never stayed too long in one place. I have no recollection of when I was first born, but I do have recollection of being abandoned on several occasions. I remember that very well, though I doubt I will never know why. I've gone through foster home after foster home, rejected fro. if not rejected, then abuse and neglect. I have never known any sense of care, promise. Yet for whatever hardships I have faced, it has only made me stronger. Stronger, yet bitter. There has always been a specific theme in those moments in foster care, not good enough. I eventually decided to make my own way. I decided that i would rather live on the streets than not live at all. I had nothing before and I had nothing on the streets, until I took to being independent and took my life into my own hands. I've fought for every scrap of food, every piece of clothing. As I've said, I have very little, but I have earned everything, every little thing. There is nothing I have that I have not worked for. It is the kind of man I am, and I know no other way to be. If you are looking for greatness, for me to express any sense of greatness, that would have me outshine all the rest, well, I have nothing spectacular to offer. Take my words for what they are or leave them, if you reject me, it simply is another check added among a massive list. It certainly will not discourage me. I've had far more many downs than ups, if I'd given up, I would not be standing here before you now. You can choose to not place any weight that I have worked hard, many, many times, struggled, to earn my way, but it is my fortitude that makes me so loyal. I will never give up, no matter how many more times I fall. I will find the individual I am seeking if they want to be found, either way, no one is going to stop me from trying. I have been looking for acceptance all my life, and never got it, but I still press on. My passion is too strong to quit even if my search is what keeps me going. It is the rejection and the lack of acceptance that keeps me on my feet."

Sahra listened and managed to not even flinch as the Force thrust from Nova and into the man pushing him to the wall. She even managed to hide the smile. She had met nearly a similar fate at the hands of one who had judged her. Her only instinct had been not to run. Oh, and she had to work on her whimper. That small thought, alone, gave her pause enough to smile. Though if either man had glanced at her, she would merely look amused at the moment occurring before her.
As Nova released the man and stepped back, or rather, stepped back then released the man, she listened to the words. These were things she would need to learn in time. To weigh, measure and judge those who came thru the doors to the Keep. Would they be worthy of rising in power to the point of being allowed one of the Council chairs within the space before her? There were few chairs, but she knew of at least a handful more who were worthy and merely chose other paths. But you had to GET there first.
“So you think you will find calm, and peace here?” She grinned slightly and shook her head. “In my first lesson my teacher nearly killed me. Is that something you are willing to risk for knowledge and betterment, Sidian?” She inclined her head slightly and the grin turned to a sly, shrewd menacing grimace. “And are you willing to kill, or be killed, in that path as well?” Nearly everyone said they would kill. It wasn't a hard choice to make... but to BE killed? To be willing to lose your life in the pursuit of power... now that was a question she wouldn't even let her mind answer. She still wasn't fully capable of shielding her thoughts and in this matter, that question's answer was her's alone.

Fari-Fax felt Nova’s distress... if you could call it that coming from the Hall. It was odd for Fari to pick up on Nova’s emotions period, this particular on did not help to satisfy her concern over her lover. So taking the path to the hall, the pink haired Sith Knight kept to the shadows and watched the scene in front of her. To he amazement what Nova had predicted had come true, there standing before Nova was an exact double. Of course Nova’s face was covered and it was obvious the twin did not know who he was talking to, just a Sith Lord.
~How interesting.... I hope you are playing fair.~ Fari spoke threw the Force to Nova’s mind, her mind filled with sarcasm as she had just witnessed Nova using the Force to toss Sidion to the wall.
Remaining out of the scene, Fari was content at the moment to just observe the two interacting.

Nova stood quietly waiting to see what else Sahra would come up with, when Fari arrived he tensed. Her comment made him want to sigh, but he said nothing out loud. Fair? I am treating him as everyone else, he nor I can afford fairness. He will pass or he will fail on his own and if he fails I will kill him. It’s that simple
Fari would get the distinct impression that Nova, right now, was not viewing Sidian as his sibling. To him right now he was just a man, the rest was taking second place in the back of his mind.

"I've been prey for a long time," he shared, feeling like his response should have been sufficient, but with the way he was being drilled today, it likely wasn't enough.
"Out there .." He paused, casually nodding his head toward the outside, where there were no bars, but mere absolutely freedom. To say and do whatever he wanted to.
".. It's kill or be killed. The training will allow to shape some sense of discipline. Give me the kind of direction I've not had because I wander aimlessly. "
He locked eyes with her, dead center, arms crossed, form standing tall.
"I will do what is intended to survive, just as I always have."

She crossed her arms and mirrored his stance. As she spoke she would project Force Push at him. She was merely a Disciple, a novice and by no means powerful. He was less, true, but she knew not his ability. She merely wanted to show him that kindness, sanctuary and friendship weren't why people come here. In time she could come to like him. He was attractive and her own Force Sense show'd an aura around him that, while chaotic and un-uniform, was strong. Question was, what would he do with it. She knew he wouldn't be able to Force Push back, but he could easily charge her with a weapon. It was something she was prepared for.
“Good... because here... survival is the main stepping stone to power. Without survival,” she grinned and Force Pushed at his chest as if she had flat palmed him to drive home a point, “the rest is pointless.”
If she did it right, he would feel her 'force' thump his chest as if it had been her hand. Clean, concise and centered on him like she had physically done it. She just wanted to see his aura react to the 'assault'. She had been more caught up in the 'attack' from Nova than in the 'reaction' from Sidian.

Fari could tell Nova had not received her teasing in her last message. It was clear that he was treating his sibling like any other recruit. Though she doubted that many of the Sith would kill those that were rejected. Nova.... Nova seemed to be on a one way path for destruction of his brother... eventually.
Fari stepped forward out of the darkness just as Sahra sent a Force Push towards Sidion, she was weak, a Disciple based on her power of the push but Sidion had already been through that and Fari felt it undeserved.
“It seems your live has been filled with hardships and darkness, I can sense that dark power within you as well as the loyalty you said you would give the Sith Empire.” Fari then said, after Sidion had regained himself from the push. She looked to Nova then to Sidion, amazed at the similarities, even more amazed at the subtle difference between them.
“But do you even know who your are giving those loyalties to? What do you know of the Sith Empire and their rather rich and colourful history?” Fari then asked. Two of the three sith in this room had already attacked him, Fari wanted to be the friendly one, the one to lure him to peace. She was not going to attack him, no, but rather sense the torment in Nova as she warms up to Sidion.

He had to remind himself that Fari-Fax loved to get a rise from him just as he did with her. More than that, he had to remind himself that she had a right to question the man before them. He stayed motionless watching all of this, doing a valiant effort not to show his irritation at Fari.

The push, even while it seemed to have less of a kick to it than that of the male's, left Sidian's inner anger to rise just slightly. He did not wish to become bitter in his time here, were he to be initiated.
After a brief recover from the push, with which he lifted a hand to his chest to acknowledge it, he stood up straight, almost as if in denial that it had even just happened.
Piercing eyes fell onto the new female and found a strong shift of something to stem from the male that had attacked him. In curiosity, his gaze slowly drifted from the female, to the male, and back again. He was by no means certain, but with the male's mood change of emotions he could not identify, he had good reason to believe somehow that the two Sith were quite familiar with one another. He tried his best to ignore what was taking place, as he seemed to want nothing to do with it.
Moving forward with the questioning, he address what was asked of him as best he could.
"The news can only say so much. Words can only express so much, it's the actions that tend to speak most loudly and clearly, I believe. I've seen enough of it to realize, I can be more than who I am here. It is in your Sith I've walked by among the Sith. Their walk is of no mere footsteps, but of individuality, of strength, determination. I've yet to observe one that did not know where they were going to next or to not know what they wanted. They all stand for something."

~He seems ready to me.~ Fari then said through the Force to Nova. ~Stop dragging your feet.~
To Sidian she gave a smile. His words were poetic but to the point. She didn’t think he would be one to leave the fold when he gathered what he wanted. No, it sounded he had been through just as harsh of a life as Nova. Fari didn’t want to compare the two yet, and not out loud in front of Nova but she felt the mans determination.
“Pretty words.” Fari then said. “It’ll be refreshing to have someone like you around this place. Yes?” Fari spoke out loud, turning her attention to Nova, raising an eyebrow and waiting for him to make the official welcome.

He didn't attack her. He was smart. She smiled and stepped back as Fari spoke up. She hoped this new man would make it in. He seemed... different... somehow. She liked that.
At that thought, she had to practically slap herself mentally. She found a man fascinating? That was something new to her. She found men useful, tools, stepping stones... but fascinating? Without realizing it, she tilted her head and glanced at him as if trying to see something she hadn't noticed before. There was something there...
She watched him glance between the other two and wondered if he knew something she didn't... or perhaps, like her, had 'felt' that there was something more between the two than mere aquaintences.
Either way, watching him fascinated her and she hoped he would be allowed to stay. She was willing to apologize, not because she was sorry, but because she wanted his reaction to that as well. She was even willing to show him the student sleeping quarters... even if just to catch a moment with him to see if this 'feel' of him was the front... or the real him.

Lit ruby eyes glittered in the depths of his hood, Fari and the female Disciple clearly were finished. “You pass Sidian… From this point forth you are a Disciple within the Sith Empire.” He reached up and pulled back his hood running a hand through his hair then studied his twin. “My name…is Nova… Now you know the thing you have been looking for is right in front of you.” He turned and started to walk away “Get yourself settled within the temple then come find me, we can talk later.”
To be honest that was about as much as he could take, he was very anxious and simply wanted to be alone. His brother earned his place and now it was up to the man to survive or fail on his own. He didn’t expect Sidian to do anything at all, if he came to him later so be it. He wasn’t going to expect anything, despite his words he doubted, perhaps that might change.

With the reveal of his twin, Sidian found the pieces to slowly snap together, one by one. Although, not all of them would be so obvious to reach to the surface. In time, he would come to understand, but he was a very patient individual.
A quiet nod was given to Fari, while his sharp orbs fell onto the other female, to which he gave a subtly wink and a faithful roguish smile. He'd seen the reveal of Nova out of the corner of his eye, but he had left it for last. His gaze ever so slowly fell into the man that looked exactly like him, or perhaps Sidian, exactly like him. Either way, they shared several similarities and several dissimilarities.
He could not comprehend why the need for obvious toying. A sort of expression of bait. It bothered him, though he paid not to let it be known, his gaze reflecting back and forth between Fari and Nova. His jaw stiff, his gaze sharp.
There was no other reaction other than that. No words spoken, to either.
It was Sahra he pinpointed his gaze upon and kept it, jaw flowing into relaxation. The male and female were forgotten with ease. Until at such a time he was ready to follow up on his twin's words.
"I could use a tour of the establishment. Would you do me the lovely honor of aiding me?"
Crisp eyes sparkled with interest toward Sahra's form, patiently awaiting an answer.

Fari smiled as Nova not only took his hood down, finally, but had also allowed his twin entrance to the Sith. Her own red eyes glanced between the two now that the truth was put out in the open, for Sidion he had just found the twin, clone of himself that he had been looking for all these years for Nova he had just faced what was one of his fears. Fari hoped to be part of the conversation between them later one but knew that would not work, the two needed to be alone to let everything out and Fari had to respect that.
Giving Sidion a smile and a nod of her head, she followed a step behind Nova as they left the hallway, leaving Sidion with the other Disciple for now.
