www.sw-rpg.net/forums/showthread.php?44912-quot-Here-Pretty-pretty-quot-(Jack-Sheetai-PM-to-join)03-07-2016, 01:02 AM Alizabeth Moroveston AGAIN!? Liz sighed as one of the crewmen informed her that the shuttle would be setting down for some minor repairs. Could she not have one mission that didn't involve a challenge of some sort? Sighing as she thanked him, she headed from the lounge to her personal quarters to change into more street appropriate attire.. She had been wondering why the final hyper jump hadn't been made, and here was her answer. Coming out several minutes later, she called to the deck she was disembarking and how long did she have. After being informed it would probably several hours if not overnight, she thanked him as well and headed for the doors. Stepping off the ship made her smile as she noticed everyone bustling around. It seemed she was the only one without a purpose, at least for now. A man headed towards here with a clipboard and introduced himself as the Official in charge of seeing to the repairs. She told him her name and that she wanted so know if there was someplace close to go for food and drink while awaiting the repairs. As he marked her as being off ship, he smiled. “There is Rama's Corner. It's a slight walk but shouldn't be too much a bother.” He said, nodding out the main doors. “To the right, can't miss it.” “Thank you... think I will.” She smiled and headed out into the bustling atmosphere of Munto Codru. The deck officer hailed one of the crewmen helping with power couplings. “Who's the pretty young thing?” He nodded towards Liz departing. “Don't be messin with her, you knuckle brain. She's a representative from the Republic. Alizabeth Moroveston. Some high mucky muck or something. Delivered something a few days ago and heading home now. Nothing too high faluting. But we've all been told she's taken and not to mess with her.” The man snuffed as if he would consider such a thing and went back to making his rounds of connections. “Hmmmm.... thinking the boss may like to hear about this morsel.” He mused to himself. Setting his sights on the comm across the room, he sent a private message. “Alizabeth Moroveston... Republic Diplomat... Rama's Corner.” Was all it said. Hitting the send button, he looked around and continued his work. ** About thirty minutes later, Alizabeth was seated in Rama's with a plate of warm food and a cold drink watching the various people and creatures come and go. She was on the end of the bar, Wall to her left, empty seat to her right. Behind her was the door to the kitchens and serving rooms. She had chosen the spot because it allowed her to see everyone coming in. She had been blindsided before, and didn't plan on it happening again.

03-07-2016, 01:45 AM Jack Sheetai
Jack was seated in his room reading over a tome of the Sith Assassins when they were under Darth Revan. He was trying to figure out how they could cloak themselves physically and through the Force. The clown Knight knew about Force Masking but how much deeper did it all go? Did they have cloaking devices? Such devices were scarce nowadays and the clown figured if he was gonna be a better Sith Assassin, he better either find a way to build one or find one somewhere. The very few that were left.
Reading through the tome and licking his finger, he then flipped the page over being quite careful with the tome. Not wanting to damage it any as it was quite an old one. From the time of the old Republic, nearly 3,000 years ago. Though the tome was quite old, it was in pretty good shape. Either it was restored many times or else nobody touched it after it was found after Revan's turn to the Jedi. As he kept reading, the clown wondered what his lover, Sahra was doing. Probably training more then likely. Good...he wished she would hone those skills he taught her.
Then he heard a bleep from his datapad. Lowering the tome the clown then stood up and walked over to the desk and picked it up. Pressing a few buttons he saw that he had a private message from one of his spies at the dock. Smiling, the clown then looked at it as it read:
“Alizabeth Moroveston... Republic Diplomat... Rama's Corner.” The message read and the clown then grinned wider. A person of the Republic on his humble abode? Quite interesting indeed...
Putting down the tome, Jack then grabbed his dark green jacket and put it around his frame, as his white **** accented his slight muscular stature. He was fit...not bulging with pure muscle, but, he was quite fit for an acrobat. The clown the clipped his blade to his belt, his red eyes looking at himself in the mirror. A wide grin spread across his face as his teeth gleamed as the reconstruction process on his face had taken and his teeth had been reconstructed as well, with a metal grill replacing his old set before that ingrate Tal had messed them up.
Walking out it took the mad clown ten minutes before he strolled into Rama's. Looking around he then noticed a brunette sitting in the corner where she was alone. Thinking that must be her since he'd seen most of the other people here at least once, some Sith and some just people passing through, most likely bounty hunters and Imperials just being here on business with the alliance between them. Not thinking it would be a wise choice for a Republic type to be in a place where the Sith called home, he then strolled over to her and stood at her table.
"Why hello." Jack said as he then flashed her a grin, his facial muscles stretching into a grin, and the lines where his facial muscles were permanently stuck before were gone, leaving a stretch mark where they hadn't completely healed yet, "What's a pretty thing like you doing in a terrible place like this?"

Liz had seen the... man... walk into the bar and had dismissed him out of hand. Something about him was disturbing, and it was more than merely his looks. But when he approached, she forced a smile. She couldn't believe men on every planet had the same pick up lines.
"I'm just having lunch. Won't be staying long." She realized then that even off world, she was a diplomat most of all. Sighing to herself and not showing her slight unease at his look, she glanced around to avoid looking into those eyes. Of everything about him, those were the most unsettling.
"My shuttle is having a few repairs done. I just came to each lunch. I really can't stay long." She knew it was a lie, but she didn't want this man thinking she was here long term and offer her a tour or anything. The last thing she wanted was to be further from her shuttle than she already was.

Jack then made a sad look, "Awww....that's unfortunate."
The clown looked around and then snapped his fingers and a waiter appeared. Looking towards him he then smiled at him. The waiter had already known who the clown was and didn't even flinch and waited for the mad clown to order. Knowing that he wanted his usual glass of fine wine, the waiter then looked at Liz and then to the clown.
"Glass of wine, sir?" The waiter said with a monotone voice.
"Yes. And one for the lady...whatever she wishes when she's done with that one. On me." Jack said with a wink, then said, "Let me guess...smuggler...no...bounty hunter...well...you wouldn't look the type...but...they say looks can kill."
He then winked at her. He could tell she had this nervous look. Maybe she figured that being in a new place was unsettling. Then again, maybe she didn't know she was sitting at the home of the Sith. Maybe the NR hadn't told her about Munto Codru. Just maybe. Trying to peer into her head all he got was the surface thoughts of not wanting to be here long.
With a turn he looked at the holo player which had thousands upon thousands of songs and then knew which one he wanted. He'd heard it playing at his club, Crowley's by the artist and the artist who he'd done the song with, with a thought he then picked it and it's beat started playing over the speakers inside the bar. Smiling he then turned back around and then shrugged with a playful grin.
"Oh what'cha know...my favorite song started playing." Jack said, "Where are my manners...I'm Jack. May I take a seat? I won't keep ya long...just figured I would say hello. You seemed like someone bright and bubbly in this...well..."
He cleared his throat, "...gloomy place."

She had shaken her head when the drink was offered. She didn't plan on staying long enough to have another.
When he asked if she was a smuggler or bounty hunter, it occurred to her that claiming who she was on the Sith home world probably wasn't the wisest idea. She had never met a Sith, but didn't want to, either. She knew they were ruthless and had little love for the Republic.
When the song came on and he mentioned her being bright and bubbly, she laughed. "Oh I am not sure about bright and bubbly, but I am certainly not all doom and gloom." Smiling she took a sip of her fruit drink. "I'm Liz..." She mentioned in politeness for knowing his name. She wasn't really worried about coming to harm here in public. And besides, what harm would talking to him do?

OOC: That last line...priceless lol
Jack then nodded to the beat of the song he picked out and when she said that she wasn't all doom and gloom, the clown then smiled. He then saw his drink come and noticed she declined his offer of another drink. Shrugging he then took his glass of wine and swirled the glass before smelling the aroma of the fine wine in his hand. Taking a sip his red clips then were covered by the wine which was nearly the same color as his lips were. His hair was slicked back today...well...again today...his red eyes blinking at her.
"Nice to meet you Liz. I'm not all doom and gloom either. Life is too short...may as well enjoy it right?" He said in reference to his life being cut short years ago by a Jedi, though she'd never know what that meant...since then he was a complete psychopath, "So...repairs huh? How dreadful."
Looking around the clown then summoned the Dark Side to him as he tried his best to keep his eyes from changing to a yellow color. Letting the darkness flow around him and then through him, Jack then peered into her head. There were the thoughts of the NR and all her missions and duties she had to do. It was all rather boring to him. Reaching deeper the clown tried his best to get something out of her that he could use later and give to the Imperials...for a price obviously. They had holocrons from the former Emperor...Palpatine. Sith holocrons that he wanted that they had in their possession somewhere.
Finding nothing...he was growing bored of her. Till he found something about the Supreme Commander...something...quite interesting....
Interesting indeed...there it was...Tal...the time she went and saw him in the hospital. Smiling she wouldn't know why he was grinning so wide as his face stretched creating lines on his face where his face hadn't completely healed yet. Thanks to their commander his whole face had to be reconstructed on Kamino. Where his clones were being stored. He then retreated his mind powers back and let the darkness subside for the moment.

"Yes, actually it is rather dreadful. But at least your little establishment here is a fantastic place for lunch." She would hardly call it quaint, but it wasn't huge, but then again, most places weren't anymore. At least not that she had been privy to of late.
As he smiled and stared at her, she realized the music must be getting to her. She rubbed her temple absently and a quick frown crossed her face then was gone. She finished her drink, grateful most of her lunch had been finished. "I am sorry, I really must be heading back. My ship will be ready shortly." She rose and set some creds on the table.
As he read her mind, he would know she was lieing, but he would also sense a growing unease in her. And unease that had nothing to do with the atmosphere and everything to do with him. Rising as if to leave, she stuck her hand out to shake his. "It was a pleasure, Jack. Perhaps I will see you again, sometime." She hoped not, but it seemed the polite thing to say. And she was definitely polite..

Jack shrugged at the mention of the food here, "Eh, it's alright. The people here can be jerks though."
When she rubbed her temple and then frowned he knew that she was on to him. Well, at least somewhat. Then came that unease vibe from her. Didn't take a Force user to know that. Knowing that he probably hit a nerve or something or else she had sense enough to know a Force user like him had probed her head, she then rose to leave as she spoke of having to go since her ship would be ready.
It was then Liz stuck her hand out to shake his and politely said that it was a pleasure and that she would perhaps see him again. Oh she would see him again! That was certain! He then stood up, knowing she was lying completely. Shaking her hand he then took it and kissed it then let it go.
"No, the pleasure was all mine, Liz." Jack said as he then bowed his head towards her his red eyes looking into hers, "Hope your ship has it's repairs done. If anything else is required, tell them that if they need anymore parts...put it on my account. Wouldn't want a pretty thing such as yourself to be stranded in these parts."
Too bad you'll never make it back there... Jack said to himself and again politely bowed his head.

Perhaps offering her hand hadn't been the smartest move she had ever made.
"I appreciate it, but I am sure I have it covered." She shivered at the thought of being in his debt. And the kiss on her hand made her stare just a moment longer than was necessary. Who did that anymore?
She bit her lip as her breath caught in her throat, and slowly pulled her hand back, not wanting to seem ungrateful. "Have a good day, Jack." She quickly departed and once outside took a deep breath. The music had put her off balance, but he had completely unnerved her.
She was grateful it was still mid afternoon and started back towards the shuttle bays. She would wait the rest of the trip in her cabin. Though perhaps she would send back to Rama's for her dinner. Was nice to have options anyway.
On her walk back, she glanced back once or twice to see if Jack was following. Realizing she was being ridiculous, she stopped checking and began looking at the various vendors and storefronts she had passed on the way to the cantina. Stopping at one of the stalls, she moved around the small covered tables, not paying attention to what was around her.
Or in the case of the alleyway, what was behind her.

Jack then nodded, "You too, Liz."
Watching her walk out the bar he then sat there and smiled. Taking his glass he then put it to his lips and drank the whole rest of the glass before setting it down. Looking at a chronometer on the wall he figured he'd give her a head start. Tapping his fingers on the table he then kept starting at the chrono. Cracking his neck and grinning he then whistled a tune.
Five minutes passed by before Jack then walked outside. Breathing the fresh air he then smelled the perfume she was wearing. It smelled quite nice and with that he then absorbed the Dark Side into himself and bolted off towards where she was going. Jack knew she was heading for the docking bays. So, he figured that's where he would go. Though he wouldn't go in plain sight. Jack would do it in the way of the assassin.
Jumping upon roof tops and other places high above her, looking down at her as he silently traversed the way to where the bays were. Watching her as she moved he saw her look behind her. A smile crept to his face as he silently leaped across another building far ahead of her.
You should realize by now...I'm not stupid enough to follow right behind you... Jack said to himself.
Then looking to his invisible friend he then whispered, "She doesn't know I'm up here does she ol' chap?"
Turning his head back towards her he saw her look again then Jack silently dropped behind her in the alleyway. Walking with light footsteps he then smiled wide and his red eyes gleamed at her as he saw her from behind. Looking down her frame he then wondered if he wasn't with Sahra maybe he could have gotten with Liz. Either way, she was his prey next. Especially if she knew the Supreme Commander, Tal Kote...his hated enemy!
The darkness flowed through Jack as he took a breath and ran right past her with blind speed. A whoosh effect would soon pass by her and if Liz turned her head and looked she would only find Jack standing in her way when the young Republic official turned to look back again. The only thing she would find was a mad clown Sith Knight staring right at her.
When Liz would see Jack standing there all he did was hold his hand up and wave his fingers, "Hello!"

She had just purchased a beautifully locally made scarf and was looking at some other things when the wind rushed by her. She glanced up and didn't see anyone.
Turing around, she almost bumped into Jack.
His fingers waggled almost comically as he smiled. "Hello."
She licked her lips and took a step back. "Ummm, Jack, you startled me." She glanced from side to side, but suddenly people were giving them a wide berth. It was as if everyone knew what was happening except her. "I didn't see you there. I assure you, I don't need an escort." She glanced towards the thoroughfare behind him that headed to the ships. "But I appreciate you checking on me." She tried to take a step around him to get back on her way, the scarf hanging half forgotten in her hand.
Her heart was racing and her mind was an open book of fear and what Tal would think if she didn't make it home. *They had plans that weekend. She couldn't afford to break them, not after Drunkenwell... not again...*

When Liz moved to try and go around him he then cut her off, "I didn't say I was escorting you, Liz. On the contrary...I know where your from..."
Suddenly Liz would feel herself being lifted off the ground. Jack's eyes went from red to yellow as the Force, particularly the Dark Side flowed through the mad clown as the young woman was lifted off the ground a few feet into the air. A wide grin spread across the clown's face as he then walked closer to her. A shrill laughter starting to come from him as the others around them either ran or walked away not wanting to get involved.
"...and I know things because that reason you rubbed your temple...was because I peered into your head...you know someone I'm not quite fond of..." Jack said inching closer to her, "What is in that pretty little head...here pretty pretty..."
He then peered into her head again. This time when he dug down he then saw why she knew Tal...because they had a relationship going. Smiling, Jack then kept his hold on her. He wasn't about to let go of her this time. So, he inched closer and brought her down to his level looking her straight in the eyes.
"You see my face?" He said as his lips pursed into a frown, "Your little boyfriend did this to me! So...I wonder if I should repay him in kind. I didn't look like this before...your boyfriend cut my face up so bad...I had to have it reconstructed! What to do? What to do?"

Liz tried to cry out as her throat constricted. Even knowing there was no real hand there, her fingers clambered as if to release her. As he spoke of him being in her head, she realized now that it was his thought sensing that had caused her head to itch. As she felt it again she tried to imagine a brick wall, but it was too late. Her fear of not seeing Tal had been her first thought and now this psychotic knew of him and her.
When he pulled her closer, she tried to look away. Tal had done this to him? It was then she realized they were enemies and somehow that gave her the fire she needed. Realizing no one else was coming to her aid, she took a chance and stared at him hard. She couldn't speak, but if he was in her head, maybe he would hear her.
*He should have sliced your throat!* Her mind screamed though she had no idea if he heard. Then she remembered the scarf. She grabbed both ends and brought her hands up to try and whip it over his head. If she succeeded, she would grab the ends tightly and try to choke him back.

I heard that! He said to her through the Force as he did hear the words that he should have cut his throat, Your lucky your little boyfriend is alive!
When she threw the scarf over his head he then turned to look breaking his focus. He dropped her and ducked under it. Once he knew that his concentration was broken he figured she would run as fast as she could. Still, he would toy with her. It was all too much fun at this point! Though he would have fun with her...torture...maiming her...all that good stuff! Send a holo picture of it to his good ol' friend Tal Kote. Then see what the Mandalorian would do then. Probably nothing! In Jack's mind he was nothing but a soldier who got a lucky shot in. Then again, Jack didn't realize his arrogance played a factor in his undoing which resulted in his face needing reconstructed.
"Run my little pretty...fly fly!" Jack said smiling wide as his grill teeth gleamed.

She was glad the scarf was wrapped around one hand she he dropped her. For one thing, she liked it and didn't want to lose it. Her other reason was it was now a weapon, and she knew from experience to hold on to those. "Luck has nothing to do with it!" She growled coughing as she clutched her throat.
When she hit the ground, she crouched as if off balance. Realizing she could never outrun him in the shoes she was in, she slid her foot out of one and raised it in a sideways kick aimed for his knee. If it connected, it would slam into him hard. She was prepared to run either way. The other shoe already loose on her foot. Those she wouldn't leave behind either.
