(((Main highlights in her psych file))
Auleiana Alizabeth Brison
Psychological File
Subject was taken hostage along with 14 others on an away mission. A faction of Orions tried to use them as bargaining chips to better their standings in the Orion culture as well as with the Federation.
During their 6 month captivity, Brison offered herself up as whipping post for the males and took more than the brunt of their rage. There isn't a bone in her body that hasn't suffered in some way.
When evaluated to see if she was doing it out of a death wish or adrenaline high, she merely stated, “I knew I could take it and survive. Some of them wouldn't.” This is the attitude she displays in all aspects of life.
She does have a protection issue, in this professional's opinion. She will defy orders, ignore authority and has gotten herself into unnecessary situations because of stepping in between folk in a tense or volatile situation in order to protect a victim or perceived victim.
Brison is working on her reasoning skills so she can better assess situations before jumping in uninformed.
Brison also needs to be reminded and work on her Lieutenant acceptance. The promotion for her actions in the line of duty weigh heavy on her and she thinks herself undeserving. She serves well at that rank, a natural leader. But for some reason still occasionally has trouble accepting the title and rank, itself.
Recommend weekly counseling to deal with protection complex. As well as her inability to form bonds beyond a limited professional level
No medicinal recommendations at this time.
